My work takes a diversity science approach to understanding and fostering white antiracism development

Black and Brown communities, scholars, and activists have resisted systemic racism and white supremacy for centuries. My work seeks to build from and with this momentum by situating this research in sociocultural context of systemic racism, addressing the influence of identity on research process and product, collaborating in multiracial teams, integrating participant and community voice through community-engaged research, and translating findings into actionable change.
